The wording in a product photo is an example. What arrives depends on the exact design you choose and the text you enter, so read the personalization field before adding a mug to your bag.
Required name designs and optional-text mugs

Adding a message does not replace the anatomical pattern or remove a slogan that belongs to the design. If you need a different illustration or a changed layout, contact us about a custom design before ordering.
Can I use č, š, ž, numbers or spaces?
Yes. Accented letters, including č, š and ž, numbers and spaces are supported. Mug personalization allows up to 30 characters. Check the field counter and the product’s instructions; a very long phrase is a different choice from a short name.
Will I receive a proof?
No separate design proof is sent before production. Product photos show sample wording rather than a live preview of your own text. Check spelling, punctuation and the intended recipient before you place the order. Wording cannot be changed after production starts.
How do I order different names on several mugs?
Add each mug separately with that person’s wording. Increasing the quantity of one configured personalized item repeats the same wording. In the bag, check that each line shows the name or message intended for that item.
Which mug size should I choose?
The mug range offers 11 oz and 15 oz sizes, subject to the selected design and colour. Use the product’s size comparison and check the summary beside Add to bag. Prices and availability come from the selected variant, not the name shown in a mockup.
Is a gift note the same as personalization?
No. Product personalization is printed on the mug. A gift message is requested for the packing slip when you mark the order as a gift at checkout. Some fulfilment partners cannot include that message. The packing slip inside does not show prices; customs documents outside the parcel may show its retail value.
Care, delivery and returns
The ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe; hand washing is recommended to help keep the print looking its best. Check the selected product’s care information.
Allow for 2–5 business days of production plus transit. Standard US delivery is estimated at 5–9 business days overall; UK and EU timing depends on fulfilment and destination. Read shipping information before choosing a gift for a specific date.
