How long will my order take?
Physical products are usually made in 2–5 business days. After fulfillment, standard US delivery is typically another 3–4 business days for mugs or 3–6 business days for sweatshirts. These are estimates, not guarantees; tracking updates show the current order information. Different product types may arrive separately.
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not ship physically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination, and mugs and sweatshirts may ship separately.
Can I customize a product?
Yes. Mug personalization is optional, up to 30 characters. Sweatshirt personalization is required; the product page shows its text limit, usually 60 characters. Photo wording is a sample: enter it yourself if you want the same text, or enter your own words.
Check spelling carefully—we print exactly what you enter. No separate proof is sent before production, and personalization cannot be changed after the order enters production.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos showing both the issue and the whole item.
After review, we’ll confirm a replacement or refund depending on the situation. You usually will not need to send the item back.
Can I return a personalized item?
We do not accept a personalized item for a change of mind or because the customer entered the wrong wording. A customer-entered spelling or wording mistake is not a production defect.
If the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the text you submitted, contact us within 30 days so we can review a replacement or refund claim.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before production starts, but personalization cannot be changed after the order enters production and an order that is already being made or has shipped may no longer be cancellable.
Are mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Handwashing is recommended to keep the sublimation print looking its best.
11 oz mugs measure 3.79″ high × 3.25″ in diameter; 15 oz mugs measure 4.69″ high × 3.35″ in diameter.
